Hib and various Grapas (herb, sage, carob…) are a welcome in every household on the island.
Grind dried figs and add fennel, some pepper and brandy to get a stiff mixture. Form round and fairly large cakes. Dry them in the sun for about 10 days. Arrange dried figs into a box and sprinkle with fennel and bay leaves. Serve with herb-flavoured brandy.
